William Cheraso started Peerless Electric Co., Inc. in 1991. Since then Peerless Electric Co., Inc. has devoloped a long standing relationship with many customers and contractors alike. What started out as a dream in a barn way back then has now matured into a thriving business consisting of a fleet of work trucks, a knowledgable staff of technicians, and a professional sales and office staff. Throughout the years Peerless Electric has branched out into all facets of the electric industry. The secret to the success for the continuing growth of Peerless Electric year after year; is the constant educating of the sales staff and the technicians out in the field.

In 1996; Peerless Electric branched out into the technolgy side of the electrical field and the birth of Integrated Systems Inc. came about. Integrated Systems inc. is the sister company of Peerless Electric Co., Inc. specializing in the low voltage side of the electrical field. Integrated Systems handles the low voltage systems such as fire and buglary systems, phone systems, home audio, home automation, access control systems, and back-up generator systems.
